  Worst customer service and very bad experience. Egoistic staff. Teller Manny Malegon told me to bring my ID to get my debit card left at the ATM. I went with my passport and then he asked for a 2nd ID. He then went bonkers when i told him i dont have a 2nd ID. He was tapping my passport on his desk trying to damage. He was arrogant and rude. I closed my account right away and he asked me if i can take the money in pennies. Cant beleieve who these small time people working in small banks have such big egos!!!!!!@

  Terrible experience Overall staff and branch manager are extremely friendly and helpful. Loan officers do not know their product well, did not listen to our needs and steered us in the wrong direction, ultimately wasting our time... We ended up choosing a different bank for our needs.
